It consists of modern architectural homes, that are affordable
designed for the low and average families and individuals in Ghana. It is
being supported by the government of Ghana with construction incentives and exemptions etc.
This impending Damfa housing project lies at the outskirts of Accra near
Aburi and consists of one, two and three bedroom homes / apartments. It
is supported by hospital, school, market and other amenities.
Collaboration / Joint Venture - We seek or welcome experienced EPC=F
partner in the implementation of the above mentioned project and thus agree
to structure the affordable housing project with joint venture partner for
mutual benefits.
